Partner, Drafting Specialist
Colin has 24 years experience as a secondary and post-secondary instructor; 13 years of which teaching Computer-Aided Drafting (CAD) with the College of the North Atlantic (CNA). Most recently, Colin spent eight years working part-time as a construction project estimator for Magna Contracting and Management Inc.
Andrew C. Smith
B.Sc, B.Ed, M.Plan, MCIP RPP
Partner, Urban Planner
Andrew is a full Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP). He is certified to practice in Newfoundland and Labrador and is a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) in New Brunswick. Andrew has four years experience as a professional planner and three years as a secondary and Adult Basic Education (ABE) instructor. Experience in both fields allows Andrew to design and implement effective public participation strategies for the development of community-based planning initiatives.
Christine Thériault

Project Coordinator
Christine spent most of her career working for the Université de Moncton in New Brunswick. She has over three years experience as a project coordinator. Christine is adept at designing, managing, and implementing projects and events to ensure they are on-time and -budget. Further, Christine is fully bilingual and able to liaise with communities in French or English.
Steven J. Duffy

Associate, GIS Specialist
Steven is foremost an aquatic science biologist with a post-graduate, advanced diploma in Water Quality from the Fisheries and Marine Institute of Memorial University of Newfoundland. He specializes in the application of quantitative methods and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Steven has five years experience as a private consultant. He brings an interdisciplinary approach to environmental planning and GIS analysis.
